Each sales adviser and service consultant receives full training in all our services at the start of their career, and receives two hours of additional training each week. eGumball strives to keep them updated of changes made in Google Search,as well as the new technologies and solutions being developed by our tech department. This continual training ensures that you'll always receive the most up-to-date advice in the online promotion of your business.

Technical Department

This department is the core of our company. From the moment you become our client, our tech workers go above and beyond on your behalf. Whether you've opted for Google My Business Optimization, Google Ads Campaign Management, SEO, or one of our custom packages, our technical department has the necessary expertise to keep you ahead of the competition.. The technical department also has a sub-division that deals with research and development(R&D.) These techs create the tools to more effectivly promote your business. This part of the operation is located in Washington State.

Customer Support

If you need to make adjustments to your listing, alter your campaign, or upgrade any of our services, Customer Support is your main point of contact. This department features a dedicated support staff, an informative Q&A team, and a unit that reslves customer concerns. Together, Customer Support is prepared to deal with any inquiry you may have about all aspects of eGumball's services.

Additionally, the customer support team also includes our staff of expert personal account managers, who deal with any and all questions you have in regards to your Google My Business listing or PPC package.

This department is the most recent addition to the eGumball team. Our content writers create unique, high quality, comprehensive web content for our clients, including content for directory listings and, in certain packages, client websites. This team also manages the social media presence, the company blog, the company newsletter, and public relations of eGumball, Inc.
